• Distances: 1K (kids), 5K, 10K, Combo 5K+10K

  • 5K & Combo: 9:00 AM

  • 10K: 10:00 AM

  • 1K: 10:05 AM

2. Bib Pickup & Registration

• Pickup Location: Centre socio-culturel de l’Île-Bizard
  📍 490 montée de l’Église, Île-Bizard, QC

• Pickup Time: On race day, starting at 7:30 AM until 9:30 AM

• Bring: Photo ID, registration confirmation

• On-site registration: Available before race start

3. Parking Information

• Parking: Centre socio-culturel de l’Île-Bizard

• Tips:

  • Parking available behind the Centre socio-culturel de l’Île-Bizard

  • Arrive early to secure a spot

  • Carpool to reduce congestion

  • Follow signage and volunteer directions

4. Arrival Tips

• Arrive 60–90 minutes early

• Dress in layers for cold weather

• Bring a small bag with essentials: (you can leave it at the center but will be unattended, no Lockers available)

  • Running shoes (trail shoes recommended)

  • Gloves, hat, windbreaker

  • Water/snack

  • Change of clothes

• Warm up with light jogging and dynamic stretches

5. Course & Terrain

• Trail Type: Fine gravel, forest paths, uneven surfaces

• Elevation: Moderate hills

• Weather: Likely cool and damp—watch for mud or slippery spots if rainy day

• Watertable: Halfway on the 10km race. No watertable on the 5km race

The 5km start line is on Montée de l’église, around 800m from the community center.

The 1km start line is the same as the 10km and takes place along Montée de l’Église

6. Post-Race Meal – Boréal Buffet

• Included for all registered runners 🎉

• Served at the Centre socio-culturel immediately after the race

• Features:

  • Homemade soups

  • Warm dishes

  • Sweet treats and snacks

• A great way to refuel and enjoy the community atmosphere
